At 5’5” and 150 lbs, BMI charts say I’m borderline overweight. I know I have some pounds to lose, but I think the BMI has some high standards.

I’m thinking, I eat that hamburger and that’s 1,200 calories, and I’m gonna work out tomorrow and lose 800 calories.
